During the academic year, the Reference Desk's hours are 10am to 4pm, Monday through Friday. During the winter and summer interim periods, the Reference Desk's hours are noon to 4pm.

Circulation Help

For questions related to borrowing, renewing, and returning materials and similar topics, contact the Circulation Desk. Assistance is available in person as well as by phone or email:

Classroom Technology Help

For training or assistance in using the classroom technology or to report any issues, contact Charley Owsley.

For issues related to your laptop or other office technology (e.g., monitor, charger), contact the Office of Technology and Digital Innovation (OTDI). OTDI's IT Service Desk provides 24/7 support by phone, email, and chat:
