Library Policies

In an effort to keep our communities safe and to follow university coronavirus (COVID-19) policies, the library has modified some of its policies. For more information, see our Library Information & Policies Guide.

At this time, the Moritz Law Library is only open to the College of Law community. If you are interested in using our collection, please contact the Reference Desk to make an appointment.

Moritz Law Library recommends that anyone taking or considering legal action consult with an attorney.

Due to the ethical and legal implications of the unauthorized practice of law, library staff cannot interpret legal materials; explain legal terms; read laws or legal definitions over the phone; give legal opinions or advice; proofread case documents; or conduct legal research on a patron's behalf.
