Legal Writing and Research at Moritz College of Law

While at Moritz College of Law, JD students will take three full semesters of legal writing: Legal Analysis and Writing I, Legal Analysis and Writing II, and either Appellate Advocacy or Transactional Lawyering. LL.M. students also take a legal writing course. There are also five advanced legal research courses you can take, which cover business and tax, litigation and alternative dispute resolution, international law, Ohio law, and electronic resources.
